CONSULTANTS
Nancy Bensen, RHIA, CHPS, RAC-CT, owner, is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator, Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security, and Resident Assessment Coordinator - Certified. As a Med-Rec Systems consultant since 1996, Nancy provides consulting services in the areas of long term care, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and dialysis centers. Nancy is a member in good standing with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Nancy is an AHIMA-approved ICD-10-CM Trainer.
Kimberly Clodfelter, RHIA, is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator. Kimberly has provided consulting services with Med-Rec Systems since 1991, consulting in long term care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, physicians’ offices, and dialysis centers. Kimberly is a member in good standing with American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
Susan Hayes, RHIT, is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Technician. Susan has provided consulting services with Med-Rec Systems since 2016, consulting in long term care facilities and ambulatory surgery centers. Susan is a member in good standing with American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
Clara Kallner, RHIT, is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Technician. As a Med-Rec Systems consultant since 2015, Clara provides consulting services in the areas of long term care, ambulatory surgery centers, and dialysis centers. She also has experience and knowledge with physician practices. Clara is a member in good standing with American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
Stephanie Kinney, RHIT, is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Technician. Stephanie provides consulting services in the areas of long term care and ambulatory surgery centers. Stephanie is a member in good standing with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
Michelle Sweigart, RHIT, is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Technician. Michelle provides consulting services in the areas of long term care and ambulatory surgery centers. Michelle is a member in good standing with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
Chandra Wilson, RHIT, is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Technician. She also holds certificates for Certified Nurse Aide, Qualified Medication Aide, Restorative Nursing Assistant and Social Service Designee. Chandra has provided consulting services with Med-Rec Systems since 2018, consulting in long term facilities and ambulatory surgery centers. Chandra is a member in good standing with American health Information management Association (AHIMA).
