MED-REC SYSTEMS provides health information consulting services to Home Health Agencies which are customized to meet the individual needs of the agency. Services include analysis and organization of the medical records and assistance with ICD-9-CM coding. We offer a half day workshop each year with the focus on Home Health ICD-9-CM principles.
MED-REC SYSTEMS provides health information consulting services to Renal Dialysis Centers in Indiana and the surrounding states. Services include analysis and organization of the health records, analysis and transition from paper-based to electronic health records, quality indicator reviews and assistance with retention/storage/filing and destruction of clinical records per State laws and regulations.
