MED-REC SYSTEMS offers services to free-standing and hospital-based ambulatory surgery centers. Services include health information consulting,
in-service training and CPT and
ICD-9-CM coding reviews. We also provide assistance with analysis and organization of the clinical records to include review of the policies and procedures.

Physician Offices

MED-REC SYSTEMS offers services to physician providers. Services include health information consulting, CPT and ICD-9-CM supportive documentation reviews, and coding education and training for physicians and staff. MED-REC SYSTEMS specializes in providing quality health information consulting to long term care facilities, free-standing and hospital-based ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, home health agencies, and dialysis centers in Indiana and the surrounding states.  Highly qualified AHIMA credentialed health information consultants assist in the development of effective health information systems for the facilities we service.
